Wow this week was awesome! Good job everyone, looks like we all have some great competition! Remember week 1 is always the week of big loses. Don't let it get you discouraged, and remember 1-2lbs a week is considered a great loss! Don't go into week 2 expecting another 5-10lbs gone cause you will be discouraged. A few updates

Hey Ladies!
+The first initial weigh in along with the $20 is due by Friday January 6th. I'm allowing anyone to weigh in now and start as soon as anyone would like. Think of it as the sooner you weigh in the sooner you can start and get moving! I'm home all throughout the day and get up around 6:30a.m. Just let me know when you would like to do it and I'll be home! :)

+ One change in plans though, instead of having a challenge scale when you weigh in at my house you need to bring your own scale will. I know different scales give different weights so to make it easier on everyone. You will need to use the same scale throughout the entire competition. And to clarify not every weigh in will be at my house. Just the initial first weigh in and the last weigh in for the top 3 contestants.

+Also last time we did this I had each contestant email me a photo of yourself for the blog. You do not have too but it makes it fun to see who you're competing against. Or I could steal one from your facebook with your permission. ;)
+ A little tip with weigh ins, try to weigh in at the same time every weigh in. If you weigh in one week at night and one week in the morning it could be a big difference.

+ Each week on Fridays you will text or email me your weight, no picture message is needed for weekly weigh ins. Your weight will never be revealed to anyone.

+To make it fair for me to play I will be weighing in with anyone who weighs in today and tomorrow, that way I will have a few witnesses.

+If someone doesn't weigh in for 3 consecutive weeks on Fridays I will remove them from the contest. Everyone deserves to be able to see where they stand and their competition.

+Right now 16 people have said they want in, that makes the pot $320! Looking forward to hearing from you this week! Happy New Year!
