Okay everyone first day how did we do? I know I had a great workout tonight at the gym. I realized how out of shape I was and got excited to get back where I used to be! Remember to send me a picture of you for the side list of competitors!
Also I thought it would be fun if everyone sends me their goal for this challenge.
In 9 weeks what would you like to accomplish? It will be fun to see who achieves their goal!
I'm also placing everyones email {I hope that's alright} under their picture to the side. This way we can send out emails to everyone in the challenge with tips, motivation, diet ideas, ect! Also if you want me to post something on here email me it and I'll do that!

Well I did super good during the day.....then I went to a pizza place and had pizza and a caesar salad. Not so good! But for 1st day I won't be too hard on myself. Good luck to everyone!
ReplyDeleteMy goal is to get to 125 pounds (I'm 138.9 now), but more importantly to lower my body fat by 7%. (I'm "skinny fat": I don't have much weight to lose, but I need to replace my fat with muscle.)
ReplyDeleteI need to find some convenient snacks to take to work that are healthy but tasty. I get too tempted by the candy bowl in my office that I keep for the guys that I work with. :(
Jessie had an awesome idea on snacking. She made little sandwich bags of healthy snacks that she can just grab and go. My goal is to drop the rest of my pregnancy weight ( 9 more pounds) then to lose 7 more. That is my 8 week challenge goal. By May 1st I would like to be down to 145 lbs, that would be a 27 lbs loss!

On the sandwich bag idea, very convenient. I also am doing Weight watchers so I labeled the bags with the points value so I can track everything!
