Katie brought up a good point that she would like every ones ideas and inputs on.
" I always have a hard time eating small, healthy portions throughout the day when I don't have time to prepare anything. Maybe you could post a question to everyone on the blog asking for their tips to packing small healthy snacks to take with them when they have a full day ahead of them? I've done baby carrots and cottage cheese before, but I get sick of it after awhile and you've got to refrigerate them so its not always convenient. Any quick easy meals that people like?"
You can comment on this post on what you do to snack healthy. I don't have much to say because I do work at home which can be a curse and blessing. I always have food around so not eating it is the hardest.
